The government mentioned in a notification that Vice President CP Radhakrishnan, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, and Members of Parliament from both Houses will also attend the event. President Murmu will lead the reading of the Preamble during the ceremony. She will also address Members of both Houses of Parliament at 11 am tomorrow on the occasion of Samvidhan Divas.
