Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane Gregoire’s pre-wedding festivities have commenced, and we can’t get enough of the pictures from their Haldi ceremony. The Haldi ceremony took place this morning, and was attended by Aaliyah’s parents Anurag Kashyap and Aarti Bajaj, her friends Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Ida Ali, and others. Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali was also present for the function. The latest pictures from the Haldi ceremony show Aaliyah and Shane sharing a passionate kiss.
One of the pictures have been shared by the photographers show Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane striking a romantic pose together. Shane’s kurta is being torn by his friends in one picture, while another one shows Shane lovingly holding Aaliyah close. Anurag Kashyap is seen hugging Shane endearingly in one monochromatic portrait, while Shane and Aaliyah are seen sharing a kiss during the Haldi in another. Aaliyah also shared some gorgeous photographs that perfectly encapsulate the the couple’s joy, cheer and excitement. “and so it begins…” she wrote, while sharing the photos. Check them out below!
Aaliyah looked stunning in a pastel yellow lehenga, while Shane was seen in a matching sherwani. Meanwhile, Aaliyah’s bestie Khushi Kapoor donned a yellow printed lehenga for the occasion. She also took to her Instagram to post visuals from her bestie’s Haldi ceremony. One of the videos shows Khushi smearing haldi on Aaliyah’s face. “Haldi morning,” she captioned the post.
Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s daughter Ida Ali also shared a number of pictures on Instagram. One of the pictures shows her posing with her parents Imtiaz Ali and Preety Ali. She wrote, “showered in flowers and good vibes.”
Shane and Aaliyah’s wedding festivities have only just begun. Yesterday, a pink-themed bridal shower was held for Aaliyah and pictures from the celebration went viral on social media, It was attended by Khushi, Ida, Shweta Basu Prasad, and others.
Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane Gregoire will reportedly tie the knot on December 11 in Mumbai. The couple got engaged in May last year, following which they hosted an engagement bash in Mumbai in August 2023. It was attended by Khushi, Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Palak Tiwari and others.
