An 18-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping a minor when she was on her way to school in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune on December 4, news agency PTI reported, quoting police. An 18-year-old NEET aspirant from Jammu and Kashmir reportedly hanged herself from the ceiling fan in her paying guest room at Pratap Chouraha in Kota, police said on Monday.
