Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday invited global semiconductor companies to explore investment opportunities in the state, describing Andhra Pradesh as one of India’s most investment-friendly destinations. N Chandrababu Naidu is the richest chief minister in India with an assets worth over ₹931 crore, a data released by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) report claimed on Monday. The ADR report claimed that the average asset per CM from state assemblies and Union territories is ₹52.59 crore. According to the report, India’s per capita net national income (NNI) was approximately ₹1,85,854 for 2023-2024, the average self-income of a CM is ₹13,64,310, around 7.3 times the average per capita income of India. An FIR has been registered and multiple police teams have been formed to identify those behind the stone-pelting, Vijayawada police said. Officials said the CM’s security detail would be reviewed. On Saturday night, when the CM’s bus tour – ‘Memantha Siddam (We are ready)’ – was passing through Vijayawada and reached the Singhnagar area, stones were pelted at Jagan, who was standing atop the bus.
