Senior Haryana BJP minister Anil Vij escalated his rebellion on Sunday, challenging the party leadership and demanding the resignation of state BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli, who faces gangrape allegations. “He is an accused under Section 376D (gangrape)… How can such a person chair a meeting of women?” Vij asked.
