The Redmi K80 and K80 Pro are expected to succeed the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro, which were introduced in China in November 2023, alongside a Redmi K70E variant. According to a benchmark result for the purported Realme GT 7 Pro, the Snapdragon 8 Elite could offer a massive increase in performance compared to its predecessor, and outperform both MediaTek’s recently launched Dimensity 9400 SoC and Apple’s A18 Pro chip that powers the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The former is believed to ship with MediaTek’s purported Dimensity 9400 SoC, which is yet to be unveiled. Poco X6 Pro is confirmed to be unveiled in India on January 11 alongside the base Poco X6. The lineup will also launch globally on the same day.
