Girl power rocks! When a female filmmaker is calling the shots, there’s both comfort and creativity on set, says Jyotika, who stars in the upcoming OTT film ‘System’. “There was a great level of comfort. And I will definitely say, it’s more comfortable working with a female director [Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari], very proudly and boldly. We could share a lot of things with her. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s son Subhan is currently shooting for his debut feature under the direction of Shashank Khaitan. But looks like, the newcomer already has another film, even bigger, in the offing. mid day has learnt that three prominent filmmakers of the industry, Nitesh Tiwari, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Mohit Suri, have joined hands for Subhan’s second film.  “It’s the first time Mohit and Nitesh have written a film together. The script is locked with Ashwiny set to direct the film. If all goes as planned, the film should go on floors by the year end,” informed a source. Unlike Subhan’s debut, which is being produced by his father, the upcoming film has producer Tanuj Garg at the helm of it, shared another insider. While details on the film’s genre are kept under wraps, Subhan is likely to start prepping as soon as he wraps up Khaitan-directed Aisi Deewangi.
