MANCHESTER, England — Bruno Fernandes closed in on the Premier League ‘s assists record as Manchester United tightened its grip on a return to the Champions League with a 3-1 win against Aston Villa on Sunday. Tottenham avoided extending an unwanted club low by halting its losing run with a late equalizer to draw 1-1 with Liverpool. Teams of translators — comprising school teachers, MBA and MCA professionals from different states, majorly from southern India but settled in Gujarat — will be assisting the All India Congress Committee (AICC) delegates during a two-day National Convention in Ahmedabad, starting April 8. The convention od the grand old party is being held in the state after nearly 65 years. About 2,000 AICC delegates from across the country, including party president Mallikarjun Kharge; senior party leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi and K C Venugopal, arrive in Gujarat for the convention.
