(PTI) As the southwest monsoon continues to advance, Maharashtra is likely to see rainfall activity for the next five-six days, according to an India Meteorological Department (IMD) press release on Sunday. “Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall activity with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places is very likely to continue over Konkan and adjoining ghat areas of central Maharashtra,” it stated.
