On June 19, Ansiba, 34, filed a petition at the Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate court against her co-actor Tiny Tom, alleging that he made abusive and communal remarks against her. She moved court following an alleged delay by the Kochi police in filing an FIR based on her complaint. On June 26, Ansiba filed a separate complaint at Palarivattom police station against actor Lakshmi Priya, the former vice-president of AMMA; Swetha Menon, the former president of AMMA; and Sukumar, the owner of an online entertainment channel, alleging a malicious campaign against her. By 8 am, however, the 26-year-old found himself trapped inside the burning building after an air fryer caught fire in the ground-floor kitchen. He managed to escape, saving two colleagues in the process, but suffered serious injuries after jumping from the first floor. Mukhiya later underwent spinal surgery and is now confined to his home, unable to work. Speaking to The Indian Express on Tuesday, two weeks after the blaze, Mukhiya said, “I was washing utensils in the kitchen. Kesar Negi, the cook, was also there; the manager, Rupesh, was near the reception. A traffic police constable from Beed district in Maharashtra was suspended on Monday for allegedly abusing and threatening his colleagues while on duty, an official said, reported the PTI. The cop was identified as Siddhant Gore. He was posted with the Beed city traffic branch, officials said. They said that he is accused of abusing his colleagues on Saturday evening following a trivial argument, the official added, reported news agency PTI.  “After CCTV footage confirmed the misconduct allegations against Gore, he was placed under suspension by Beed Superintendent of Police Navneet Kanwat.
