Salman Khan’s Eid offering, Sikandar, hasn’t quite lived up to expectations since its release. After raking in the moolah on day one, it has seen a constant decline in its collections. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film witnessed a further drop on Tuesday and minted Rs 1.35 crore, pushing its domestic collections to Rs 105.6 crore. Sikandar fell prey to piracy on the very day it hit theatres, with the entire movie being leaked online. This hindered its box office performance immediately. But its poor commercial results could also be attributed to negative reviews and fan reception. After collecting Rs 90.25 crore in the first week of its release, the film saw a slight increase in its collections over the weekend, collecting Rs 4 crore and Rs 4.75 crore on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
