Australia pacer Mitchell Starc has made the decision to not return for the remainder of the IPL 2025 season with Delhi Capitals after the tournament was recently halted for a week due to the India-Pakistan conflict. Starc was featuring for the Capitals in the match against Punjab Kings at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala when Pakistani drone attacks at the border not far from the ground, forced a blackout at the stadium. The players were immediately escorted out of the stadium before being sent to New Delhi by train the next day. According to AAP, Starc was hesitant to return to the country for the completion of the league following the volatile situation between India and Pakistan.
