As per sources, intelligence agencies alerted that there is suspicion of planning for an ISI-backed attack, with explosives allegedly being arranged from Kashmir or Maharashtra. The information has been shared with multiple agencies, including those responsible for securing airports and other sensitive installations, following which security measures have been intensified. A medical college professor and a medical student, both from Jammu and Kashmir, were detained in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, in connection with the car blast near Red Fort.
