Development works worth ₹500 crore underway in Kondepi, says Minister

Various development works worth ₹500 crore have been undertaken in Kondepi constituency, said Social Welfare Minister Dola Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy after inaugurating a road project at Singarayakonda in Prakasam district on Monday. Along with BC Welfare Minister S. Savitha, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Chairman Nookasani Balaji, and Kanigiri MLA Mukku Ugra Narasimha Reddy, he inaugurated a newly constructed cement road in Patha Singarayakonda built at a cost of ₹68 lakh. He also laid the foundation stone for a drinking water pipeline project for the ST Colony, estimated to cost ₹12 lakh. Criticising the previous government for halting BC residential school project in Singarayakonda, he said that ₹45 crore has been sanctioned to it by the BC Welfare Minister.
