As the NEET-UG 2026 re-exam approaches, around one lakh students have downloaded their admit cards, the National Testing Agency (NTA) said. In a statement, Director, Government Examinations D. Devananda Reddy said the exams would be conducted from 9.30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. The hall tickets can be downloaded from the website www.bse.ap.gov.in by headmasters by entering their respective school login (username: school code and password: secured by the school). He said individual candidates can also download their hall tickets by selecting these fields i.e. stream, district, school name, name of the student and date of birth, from March 4 from 12 p.m. onwards. Threads was launched by Meta’s Instagram in July 2023. It is a microblogging platform, similar to X (formerly Twitter). Within the first five days of its launch, the application saw 100 million registered users. However, the platform struggled to retain regular users on the text-based app after the initial rush. Since then the company has introduced several new features on the application aiming to enhance user experience. Threads appears to be gaining its footing back in the game as it saw an increase in the number of new downloads, while competitor X took a tumble. An app intelligence firm Appfigures claimed in an analysis that Threads had 12 million new downloads on Apple’s App Store and 16 million on Google Play in December 2023. Photo: https://eci.gov.in/ Over 67 lakh voters have downloaded a digital voter ID, known as the electronic Electoral Photo ID Card (E-EPIC), from the time the document was made available until December 23, 2022, the Election Commission of India (ECI) said on Monday in a Right to Information (RTI) response obtained by The Hindu. Along with e-PAN and e-Aadhaar, the E-EPIC is one of the few generally accepted identity documents that can be downloaded as a legally valid PDF file. About 9.8 crore voters are currently eligible to download an E-EPIC, the ECI said in its RTI response, that is, 6.8% of voters who are eligible to download an E-EPIC as a PDF document have done so — this is equivalent to less than 1% of all registered voters in India, going by data released by the ECI in past years. As of 2019, 91.2 crore people were registered to vote in India, meaning that …
