The Jannayak Janta Party-Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) alliance on Sunday released its poll manifesto for the Haryana assembly polls, promising to procure all grains at MSP, unemployment allowance of Rs 11,000 and old age pension of Rs 5,100 per month.
