Tamil Nadu’s primary opposition AIADMK and the Anbumani Ramadoss-led Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) finalised their alliance on Wednesday, even as AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami arrived in Delhi to meet Union home minister Amit Shah.
