Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Congress over the disruption in Lok Sabha proceedings on February 4, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to deliver his reply to the Motion of Thanks to the President`s Address, alleging that Congress women MPs created chaos inside the House.
