File. | Photo Credit: PTI Ruling National Conference (NC) on Wednesday (July 1, 2026) said it will formally invite the members of INDIA bloc and J&K parties to join its sit-in protest at Jantar Mantar on the first day of the monsoon session of the Parliament on July 20 over Statehood and constitutional guarantees. “All constituent parties of the INDIA Bloc, along with other political parties in Jammu and Kashmir, would be formally invited to participate in the protest. It was also decided to send invitations to leaders of parties that are not part of the INDIA bloc but are also not aligned with the NDA,” said NC spokesman Imran Nabi Dar.
