U.S. firm Blackbaud plans second Hyderabad office, eyes 1,000 headcount
Rajiv Gajria, managing director, Blackbaud India | Photo Credit: BY ARRANGEMENT U.S. software solutions provider Blackbaud — whose focus is on the non-profit sector and had in November, 2025, formally opened its India office in Hyderabad — plans to expand its footprint in the city with a second office in the Financial District. “We’re now about 700 people at HITEC City and set to launch our new site in the Financial District soon. Over the next 12-18 months, between the two sites, we expect to have a headcount of 1,000 people, if not more, driving a lot of our global work out of India,” said Rajiv Gajria, vice president and managing director of Blackbaud India. While the immediate focus is on strengthening its India capabilities, the company would also like to evaluate the country as a potential market for its products. “There is a lot of opportunity here.
