Chandrasekhar Rao’s address at the party public meeting as a combination of frustration and deception, trying to hoodwink people of Telangana about the party’s ten-year ‘loot’ of the newly formed State. After pushing Telangana into a deep debt, Mr. Rao is trying to blame the Congress now, said Mr. Reddy while speaking to reporters in Hyderabad on Monday. He said Mr. Rao’s address lacked clarity and he showed his frustration over loss of power. “Mr. Rao lost his heart the day I became the Chief Minister,” he said, indicating that the former Chief Minister is yet to digest the reality. His only intention now is to blame Congress for all the ills he (Mr. Rao) created during the last 10 years.
