By early evening, the stretch outside Ramoshi Gate comes alive with the familiar rhythm of Pune’s street food scene — the hiss of oil in hot kadais, the clatter of steel plates and the aroma of spices drifting through the air. A row of carts and small stalls serves everything from chaat and sandwiches to dosas, Indo-Chinese noodles and quick evening snacks.
