Real Madrid legend Luka Modric has said that he will be leaving the club after the Club World Cup, thus bringing the curtains down on a career in which he has won nearly 30 trophies. Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan received a warm welcome as he arrived at his Bandra residence after being discharged from Mumbai`s Lilavati Hospital. The actor was admitted following a stabbing attack by an intruder last week. The 2023 Men’s Hockey World Cup was inaugurated on Wednesday evening with a spectacular opening ceremony at the picturesque Barabati Stadium in Cuttack that was witnessed by thousands of hockey lovers in attendance from across the country and abroad.
