The Indian Super League (ISL) has returned to action after the final international break of the calendar year. And the teams wasted no time in finding the back of the net and so, match week nine was packed with goals. In what could be called a goal fest, 21 goals were scored across six games, the most memorable one being Odisha FC’s 6-0 rout of Hyderabad FC. As many as 17 goals were scored in Matchweek 5 of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 as the excitement around the league went up several notches after a two-week international break.
