Controversial Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein insists he hasn’t done anything illegal. “I did not commit these crimes,” he said in a new interview with journalist Candace Owens. “I swear that before God and the people watching now and on my family. Opening statements were made by attorneys on Wednesday in New York in the retrial of Harvey Weinstein’s rape and sexual assault charges as prosecutors accused the film producer of using his power to sexually harass and abuse three women, while the defence lawyers presented a contrasting explanations of Weinstein’s encounter with women.
