Haryana pacer Anshul Kamboj entered the record books on Friday as he became only the third bowler in Ranji Trophy to claim all 10 wickets in an innings. Bowling against Kerala on Day 3 of the fifth-round clash in Lahli, Kamboj razed through the entire Kerala top-order, dismissing each of the four half-centurions by tea, before achieving the milestone. In the process, Kamboj also went past 50 First-Class wickets in his 19th appearance. Kamboj had entered stumps last evening with eight wickets to his tally. In the first over of the morning, Kamboj castled Basil Thampi for his ninth wicket and completed his milestone 10th wicket by dismissing Shoun Roger, bundling Kerala for 291 in the first innings. Kamboj’s final figures read: 30.1-9-49-10. Kamboj is only the third bowler in Ranji history to pick all 10 wickets in an innings, following in the footsteps of Premangsu Mohan Chatterjee and Pradeep Sunderam.
