The Education Department has already conducted special classes, overnight classes, group discussions, preliminary tests and taken other necessary initiatives to encourage students to write the exams comfortably and get good scores. In addition to that, the Zilla Panchayat has now moved forward with another reformative step, asking gram Panchayats across the district to make all arrangements to enable students study at Arivu Kendras round the clock. “A circular has been issued to all taluk panchayats, the Deputy Director of Public Instructions and all Block Education Officers asking them to provide drinking water, seating, evening snacks and other basic needs to SSLC students for exam preparation round the clock,” Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Lavish Ordia has said.
