Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday strongly condemned the racial abuse of three women from the state residing in South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar. Taking cognisance of the matter, the Chief Minister confirmed that he has personally spoken with the Delhi Police Commissioner to ensure the immediate arrest of the accused individuals who are currently on the run. Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday reviewed the master plan for development of a proposed tourist and heritage centre around the historic Chakzam Bridge in Tawang district, stressing a community-first approach to preserve the region’s rich indigenous engineering legacy. NEW DELHI: Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday expressed deep shock at the treatment meted out to a woman from the north-eastern state at Shanghai airport on November 21, saying that the racial mockery she was subjected to by the Chinese authorities was appalling.
