Actor Ishaan Khatter will join the likes of Hollywood actor Kristen Stewart, among other known names, on the jury panel at the fourth edition of the Biarritz Film Festival. The actor has purchased a luxury apartment in the Pali Hill area, a neighbourhood favoured by several celebrities. The apartment is located in Navroz Apartments at Navroz Premises Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, Bandra, one of the most sought-after residential pockets in the Pali Hill micro-market. The high-rise apartment has a built-up area of 2,989.05 square feet. Based on the purchase value, the rate per square foot comes to approximately Rs 98,200.
