Manchester City wrote its name into the annals of history when they became the only side to win the Premier League trophy for the 4th time in a row when they defeated a hapless West Ham 3-1 at the Etihad on Sunday. The league went down to the wire with both City and their close contenders Arsenal coming into the last day with 87 and 86 points respectively. In order for Arsenal to win the league they had to defeat Everton and hope that City slip up against West Ham. Ultimately, it was City who ran away with the win with 2 goals from Phil Foden and another from Rodri while West Ham got one back courtesy of Mohammed Kudus.
