The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹37.50 lakh for the transaction. The sale deed was registered with the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration on July 1, 2026. Two people were injured in a leopard attack after it entered a residential locality in Nashik district of Maharashtra. The officials said that the leopard was later rescued.  According to the officials, the leopard entered Vanvihar Colony near the Parijat Nagar-Bhosala School area in Nashik, on Friday afternoon, leaving two people injured. Residents panicked as the animal moved through the neighbourhood, prompting an immediate response from the authorities, the said.
