Top government sources told News18 that the meeting will be attended by Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Manipur Government Advisor Kuldiep Singh, Chief Secretary PK Goel, and Director General of Police Rajiv Singh. All key officials and the Governor are expected to arrive in Delhi on the first day of the New Year. Sources said the discussions will mainly focus on law and order, security arrangements, and development-related matters. The meeting comes at a critical time, as President’s Rule in Manipur is set to end on February 13 new year.
