Tayal Corp – Shaping Pune’s real estate market, backed by numbers Pune’s residential market has undergone a noticeable shift over the past decade. While location and price remain important, homebuyers today are also evaluating factors such as design, connectivity, community infrastructure, lifestyle amenities, and the overall living experience before making a purchase. The city’s continued infrastructure development, expanding employment hubs, and growing demand across both residential and commercial segments have encouraged developers to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead of creating similar projects for every buyer, many are now designing communities that cater to different lifestyles, budgets, and aspirations.
