Palestinian medics said an Israeli airstrike killed at least 22 people Sunday when it hit tents for displaced people in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, and “numerous” others were trapped in the flaming debris. The strike came two days after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel to end its military offensive in Rafah, where more than half of Gaza’s population had sought shelter before Israel’s incursion earlier this month. These beds have been reserved for the guests, who will attend the the `pran pratishtha` ceremony at the newly-built Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, officials said.  Over 7,000 guests have been invited to attend the consecration ceremony. In view of the massive gathering in the temple town, the Ayodhya district administration has made arrangements to deal with any health emergency situation, especially in view of the biting cold in the holy city.
