ISKP-linked terrorist Abdul Rehman planned attack on Ram Temple, trained via video calls in Milkipur

Security agencies arrested suspected terrorist Abdul Rehman in Faridabad, linking him to the ISKP module and an alleged plot to attack the Ram Temple. Investigations revealed he received online training and was in possession of two hand grenades. In a joint operation, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Haryana’s Palwal Special Task Force (STF) arrested a suspected terrorist from Faridabad on Sunday. According to sources, the suspect, identified as Abdul Rehman, has allegedly confessed that his target was the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Authorities also recovered two hand grenades from his possession. Suspect hails from Faizabad Abdul Rehman is a resident of Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, and is currently under intensive interrogation regarding his terrorist links. Preliminary investigations have revealed that Rehman travelled to Faridabad by train. Upon arrival, an unknown individual reportedly handed him two hand grenades near a village and instructed him to stay in Faridabad. Milkipur bypoll: BJP`s Paswan defeats SP candidate by over 61,000 votes

BJP candidate Chandrabhanu Paswan on Saturday won the Milkipur bypolls by a margin of 61,710 votes, according to the Election Commission website. While Paswan, 38, polled over 1.46 lakh votes, his nearest rival Samajwadi Party`s Ajit Prasad, 42, garnered 84,687 votes, it said. After 31 rounds of counting, Paswan with 1,46,397 votes registered a win. With the BJP winning the Milkipur (SC) seat, all five assembly segments of the Faizabad Lok Sabha constituency are in the BJP`s kitty. The other assembly segments are Rudauli, Bikapur and Ayodhya in Ayodhya district and Rudauli assembly segment of Barabanki district. Milkipur was the only seat the BJP lost in Ayodhya district in the 2022 Assembly polls. Santosh Kumar of the Aazad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) stood a distant third and got 5,459 votes. Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav who is pushing the PDA (pichada, Dalit, and alpasankhyak), acronym for backwards, Dalits, and minorities come out with data and figures claiming that these social groups has only 20% share in administrative appointments in Ayodhya district, calling upon these communities to vote unitedly for the SP. “The reverse math of favouritism in BJP rule, the PDA community, which is 90% in number, has only about 20% share in administrative appointments in Ayodhya and the dominant people, who are 10% in number, have got 80% appointments to administrative posts.
