Sikhya Entertainment, the production company led by Guneet Monga and Achin Jain, has partnered with celebrated Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj for the first time. The yet-untitled film officially began production in Madurai with a traditional pooja ceremony earlier today. A creative partnership begins The project marks Karthik’s tenth film as a director. His previous release, Retro, featured Suriya, Pooja Hegde and Joju George in leading roles. Known for his distinctive storytelling that blends strong character writing with mass appeal, Karthik has built a reputation as one of the most original voices in contemporary Tamil cinema. For Sikhya Entertainment, this partnership represents a major step into Tamil-language filmmaking.
