Nashik TCS case: SIT files second chargesheet in connection with eight FIRs

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the alleged sexual harassment and forced conversion case involving employees at Tata Consultancy Services` (TCS) Nashik unit has filed its second chargesheet before a local court, reported PTI. The chargesheet pertains to eight First Information Reports (FIRs) registered at Mumbai Naka Police Station in Nashik under various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), officials said. The development marks a significant step in the ongoing investigation into allegations of harassment, coercion and religious discrimination raised by several women employees. Second chargesheet filed in Nashik court According to officials, the chargesheet was submitted before the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in Nashik on Thursday, reported PTI. The accused named in the chargesheet include Raza Rafiq Memon, Shahrukh Husain Shaukat Qureshi, Ashwini Ashok Chainani, Tausif Bilal Attar, Shafi Bhikan Sheikh, Danish Ejaz Sheikh and Nida Ejaz Khan, among others, reported PTI.
