According to police, the attacker fired four rounds near Chhatrapati Shivaji Nivasi Chawl, leaving RTI activist Amit Maurya critically injured after sustaining a bullet wound to the neck. The second victim, Sandeep Gawas, narrowly escaped unhurt.
