The development comes despite the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerging as a strong force in the corporation, prompting the party to announce that it will sit in the opposition. Addressing a media conference, BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind thanked voters for supporting the party and highlighted its electoral performance. “Thanks to the people of Nizamabad who voted for the BJP.
