The operation was carried out to curb crime and strengthen law and order across the district. According to police, the drive involved extensive checking and questioning at several locations. Over 1,000 people questioned During the operation, police teams questioned over 1,000 individuals. Many were taken in for verification under preventive measures to stop potential criminal activity. The police said the action was aimed at creating a strong deterrent against organised crime, illegal trade and street-level offences.
