This came after India said it was committed to non-escalation if Pakistan reciprocated. New Delhi: India today blasted Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto over his offensive personal attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling it a “new low even for Pakistan”.
