In a November 12 full-bench decision, Lokpal invoked its powers and approved the sanction under relevant sections of the Lokpal Act for the CBI to prosecute Moitra and others. The authority asked the probe agency to file the chargesheet in court within four weeks, and also to submit a copy to the Lokpal, news agency ANI reported.
