Filmmaker-actor Parthiban was vocal in his criticism of Trisha Krishnan after she attended a wedding with Vijay days after news broke that the Tamil Nadu chief minister’s wife, Sangeeta Sornalingam, had filed for divorce. Now, months after that, the filmmaker met Vijay and showered him with unique gifts, including a handwritten letter. Parthiban called Vijay a ‘great scholar’ in his heartfelt letter.
