Sixteen Delhi Metro stations in central Delhi, including Lok Kalyan Marg, Rajiv Chowk, Patel Chowk and Central Secretariat, remained closed on Wednesday amid heightened security in view of the ongoing Jantar Mantar protest. According to IANS, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said that while the stations have been closed for entry and exit, interchange facilities will continue to remain operational at Rajiv Chowk, Mandi House and Central Secretariat, allowing commuters to switch metro lines.
