(Image: PTI) A couple from Indore’s Bhagirathpura died within a month of each other after allegedly falling ill due to contaminated drinking water, triggering concerns over water safety and public health in the area. On December 28, seventy-year-old Urmila Yadav died after suffering bouts of vomiting and diarrhoea. Thirteen days later, just after her ritual mourning ended, her husband Alghuram Yadav fell ill. On Thursday night, nearly a month after being admitted to Aurobindo Hospital, Alghuram also died. Alghuram Yadav was admitted to hospital on January 9 after suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea and remained under treatment for several weeks.
