(PTI file photo) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday underlined the importance of strict compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) provisions, saying it is essential for restoring trust in the housing market. He made these remarks while reviewing three major infrastructure projects worth over Rs 62,000 crore during a PRAGATI meeting, the government’s ICT-based multi-modal platform for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation. According to a press release by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), the Prime Minister reviewed projects spanning the sectors of road transport, power, and water resources across various states and union territories. Emphasising their strategic importance, PM Modi called for coordinated efforts to overcome delays and ensure timely completion.
