However, he pointed out that several questions and objections regarding the programme are being raised by BJP leaders themselves. He said some voices within the BJP have questioned the decision to organise such a large event in Mr. Yediyurappa’s name despite various allegations already being discussed in public life. These concerns are internal opinions coming from within the BJP, and the party leadership should answer them, Mr Kharge expressed. Does not make for a pretty sight. But also shows how much of an impact and fear Vaibhav has instilled amongst the opponents already,” Panchal posted on his X account. Sooryavanshi who has taken the league by storm since his debut last year, couldn’t fire in the DC match when he was cleaned up by a snorter by Jamieson for just 4 in the second over. After the dismissal, Jamieson celebrated by clapping and looking straight at Sooryavanshi giving him a sendoff. 31-year-old Kyle Jamieson giving a 15-year-old kid a send off after dismissing him. ‘Something has been off about him since the England tour’: Priyank Panchal wants Sai Sudharsan to go through all-format domestic grind to regain form | Cricket News

3 min readMar 31, 2026 08:58 PM IST Former Gujarat captain and prolific batter Priyank Panchal suggested that Sai Sudharsan should go through an all-format domestic grind like Devdutt Padikkal to regain his form. This was after Sudharsan managed just 13 off 11 for Gujarat Titans in their opening match against Punjab Kings in Mullanpur on Tuesday. “Sai Sudharsan looked like a million bucks last season, but something has been off about him since the England tour. Maybe he needs to go through an all-format domestic grind like Devdutt Padikkal and rediscover his form,” Panchal posted on X. In the IPL, Sudharsan’s game has largely been built on timing – finding gaps, keeping the scoreboard moving, and batting deep. It’s a method that doesn’t always grab headlines in the age of 300, but one GT continue to trust. It’s an approach that feels familiar. India’s recent T20 World Cup triumph was built not on chasing milestones but on clarity of roles – players doing what the situation demanded. Sai Sudharsan looked like a million bucks …

Questioning the unregistered status of RSS, the Minister said that he will ensure that the RSS gets registered one day or the other. “RSS has a network of more than 2,500 organisations, including those in America and England. They are taking money in the name of Guru Dakshina. The Guru is defined as the flag, and the money is being collected in the name of the flag. I am telling that these people are into money laundering,” said the Minister, who, a couple of months back, had stoked a controversy urging Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to curtail the activities of RSS. “Where are they getting this kind of money? How is it coming? They want us to be good citizens by paying income tax, but they want to remain free,” he said here during the release of Karavaliya Raktha Kanneeru, a book recounting the …

‘There’s a reason foreign coaches don’t succeed in India’: Priyank Panchal slams Ten Doeschate’s ‘terrible’ Rohit Sharma comments | Cricket News

Former Gujarat batter Priyank Panchal has slammed India assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate for his recent comments on the form of Rohit Sharma and Nitish Reddy post the second ODI against New Zealand in Rajkot. Ten Doechate’s comments came under scrutiny after India’s harrowing defeat, where he stated that Rohit seemed to be short on game time, while all-rounder Nitish had not made the best of his chances. “With Nitish, we keep talking about developing him and getting him game time and then when you do get him game time, he often ends up not doing a heck of a lot in the games. For someone who’s making their way, particularly with the bat tonight, it was that perfect chance where you’re walking in that situation, and you’ve got a chance to spend 15 overs at the wicket. You really have to take those chances to push your case to be selected,” the Dutchman told reporters. With Rohit failing to convert his starts in the two games against the Kiwis, ten Doeschate remarked: “He’s definitely …

Former Gujarat captain and prolific batter Priyank Panchal on Saturday said that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli retiring from both T20Is and Tests was the best thing that has happened to ODI cricket, with new life being breathed into the 50-over format due to this being the only format that these two Indian legends play exclusively. “Virat and Rohit retiring from the other two formats was the best thing that could’ve happened to ODI cricket. The 50-overs game, which seemed to be in its final trenches, has suddenly been revived because two of India’s biggest legends play exclusively that format,” Panchal posted on X. Since retiring from T20Is and Tests, Kohli and Rohit have been on song for the Indian ODI side, even scoring tons in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. They also impressed in the South South Africa series before the domestic tournament. Virat and Rohit retiring from the other two formats was the best thing that could’ve happened to ODI cricket.
