Superintendent of Police S. Satish Kumar said the youths gathered in a public place to celebrate their friend’s birthday with cake-cutting. Later, they started performing dangerous bike stunts, causing inconvenience to residents and other commuters. The Mudigubba circle police detained the youths for questioning. A case was registered against all nine. The SP said stringent action would be taken against repeat offences.
