Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazagam (AMMK) chief TTV Dhinakaran met Union minister and BJP Tamil Nadu election in-charge Piyush Goyal on Wednesday as his party rejoined the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the state ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. Speaking to reporters, Dhinakaran said, “We are happy to be back in the NDA alliance. Forgetting the past, we wanted to bring back Amma’s government. To stop this government, we will form Amma’s government.
