Kartik Aaryan claims Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 team ‘genuinely requested’ Singham Again to push release date: ‘They had their own internal issues…’

In the weeks leading up to the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik Aaryan and the film’s team took several steps to avoid a clash with Rohit Shetty’s high-profile cop drama Singham Again. It was clear that both films would compete for box office attention. Kartik now has revealed that BB3 makers ‘genuinely requested’ the makers of Singham Again to delay its release but ‘they had their own internal issues.’ In a recent conversation with GQ India, Kartik Aaryan discussed the box-office clash between Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again. He mentioned that the film was planned as a Diwali entertainer well before Singham Again and that they had genuinely requested its makers to delay the release. However, due to their internal issues, they were unable to do so. As a result, both films ended up releasing on the same day. In contrast to the love received by the film, the actor described that this female fan, accompanied by her husband and teenage kids, requested her not to do such a film. Recalling the situation, Khan amusingly said, “She said, Fardeen main aapki bohot badi fan hu lekin aagar aayenda aapne, aisi gandi picture No Entry ki na, itni adult picture, main aapki fan nahi rahungi.” (I am your big fan, but if you do an adult film like No Entry again, I won’t be your fan.)  He mentioned that the woman …

Jeff Goldblum’s Method Acting Backfired On Death Wish Set: Why The Director Requested Him To Take A Shower

Jeff Goldblum had just started shooting his big poster film, the Charles Bronson thriller Death Wish, which received a negative review on the film set. In an interview with People magazine, the Pennsylvania native made a “misguided” attempt at method acting.  Goldblum, who portrays a menacing street thug from the 70s in the film, didn’t shower for days before the filming. “I didn’t shower in order to play this street thug,” he admitted. Because as a “nice boy” from Pittsburgh, he was relatively well-behaved and needed to toughen up for the role. “I had to be this dangerous street criminal,” he added.  However, his body odor was too much for the crew to bear. “The assistant director came up to me and said, ‘Jeff, we’re in a small space here. You smell. Can you do something about that?’” Goldblum recalled. Although he was “shamed,” it became a good lesson for him.  “In show business or any collaborative, close area, keep your hygiene up,” he pointed out. It was one of the many useful lessons Goldblum, …
